From an early age, Chris was immersed in the world of construction—walking job sites, learning the craft, and developing a deep appreciation for the details that distinguish exceptional homes. Over the years, he has built a diverse portfolio of high-end residential work, gaining expertise in new home construction, luxury renovations, and refined building techniques.
Chris is passionate about delivering homes that exceed expectations. Every project reflects his commitment to superior construction, timeless design, and a hands-on, detail-driven approach. Whether building from the ground up or transforming an existing space, he takes pride in creating homes that are both beautiful and stand the test of time.
When he’s not on-site or working closely with clients, Chris enjoys traveling, entertaining friends, and spending time on the water. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and three children.

Blake Gill
A fifth-generation Palm Beach County native, Blake was raised in a world shaped by artistry and design. His family's boatbuilding legacy at Michael Rybovich and Sons instilled in him a deep appreciation for precision and quality. Combined with years of experience in real estate development and custom home building, this foundation has inspired his philosophy: to create homes as unique and personal as the people who live in them.
Blake’s passion lies in blending traditional architectural styles with modern design elements. His work exemplifies sustainability, exceptional craftsmanship, and enduring beauty.
Blake finds joy in exploring Florida’s natural landscapes, whether he’s out on the water or wandering through the woods. At home, he enjoys getting creative in the kitchen, often cooking up something new for his family. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and their two children.
